Returns/ Exchange Policy
Not in love with your order? No worries! Simply return the unworn items to us within 7 days of delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not offer exchanges or refunds. Shipping, taxes and discounts are excluded and the store credit amount is for the amount of merchandise purchased only.
Sale items, One Piece, Gift Card items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns/store credit; no exception.
To be eligible for a return just make sure your item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy! Items that have been worn or washed, will not be accepted.
Please include a copy of your invoice, with your return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A few things to know:
- RETURN ITEMS MUST be POST MARKED no later than 7 days from date of delivery to be eligible for credit.

Return shipping is on the customer, we can’t cover it.
- Please get approval before sending anything back; unapproved returns can’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately @info@beforeverfitt.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
FOREVER FITT is not responsible for returned items that were not received. Please be sure to obtain tracking information for all returned packages.
CHANGES/CANCELLATION POLICY
No changes will be made once an order has been placed.
Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size and color of your items.
Store Credit Issuance
Once returned merchandise is received and inspected an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 3-10 business days for return processing.
Customers will be notified by email, on how to redeem store credit. Store credit is good for 12 months.
Items sent for return that are NOT eligible for store credit will be shipped back to customer once a reshipment fee has been completed.
