Five years ago, I certified to bring you the best in step fitness, and we are celebrating this milestone the only way we know how, with an epic, high-energy step party! It's a celebration of our fitness family, our consistency, and our collective growth as a community!

Oh and we are celebrating EVERYONE that has ever stepped in Nashville!

To mark the occasion, we are hosting a 4-Color Theme Party!

• Ticket Price: $8.00 (Steps/boards are provided on a first-come, first-served basis)

THE WAIVER & PHOTO RELEASE

WAIVER & LIABILITY RELEASE By registering and attending "5th Year Step-a-versary," I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Physical Requirement: I understand that this event involves high-intensity dance and fitness activities requiring physical strength and endurance. I agree to participate within my own physical limitations.
• Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks, including personal injury or potential death. I am fully aware of these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for my safety and well-being.
• Release of Liability: I hereby release Diamond Adams,ZEROLAND, FOREVER FITT, and all event instructors from any and all liability, negligence, or claims arising from my participation.
• Binding Agreement: This waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. I agree not to initiate any legal action against the aforementioned parties now or in the future.
• Medical Fitness: I verify that I am physically fit to participate and have been cleared by a licensed medical professional for this type of exercise.
• Media Consent: I understand that audio, video, and photography will occur during the event. My presence constitutes consent to be recorded and for FOREVER FITT to use such media for promotional purposes (social media, website, advertising, etc.) in perpetuity.
