40 was the milestone; 41 is the brilliance. Welcome to the 2nd Annual 40K Era in Motion. This year, we are stepping into Level 41: Cut & Clarified. It’s a celebration of refined strength, crystal-clear vision, and the "cut" that makes a Black Diamond shine. We’ve handled the pressure; now, we radiate.

Inspired by this year’s message, The Black Diamond Effect: Built in Every Season, this experience is centered around growth, resilience, movement, self-discovery, and the beauty of becoming through every chapter of womanhood.

This is more than a birthday party; it’s a high-vibe movement. Whether you are a seasoned dancer, a fitness enthusiast, entrepreneur, mother, or simply ready to be poured into, this space was curated for YOU.

• Movement: Xtreme HIIT Dance, Hip-Hop Choreography, and Line Dancing/Trail Ride Vibes.
• Elevation: Guest Speaker & Empowering Affirmations.
• Community: Networking, Games, and Raffles featuring local women-owned businesses.
• Fuel: Healthy Snacks & Champagne Toast (Fresh Juices & FOREVER FITT gear available for purchase).
• Vibe: Live DJ on the 1’s and 2’s.
• NOTE: General Admission does not include swag bag or the OFFICIAL 40K ERA TEE but can be purchased separately!

All fitness levels are welcome! While this event centers on women’s elevation, the fellas are more than welcome to get down with us too. We move, we laugh, we glisten, and we evolve together.

WAIVER & LIABILITY RELEASE By registering and attending "The 40K Era in Motion: Black Diamond Edition," I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Physical Requirement: I understand that this event involves high-intensity dance and fitness activities requiring physical strength and endurance. I agree to participate within my own physical limitations.
• Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks, including personal injury or potential death. I am fully aware of these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for my safety and well-being.
• Release of Liability: I hereby release Diamond Adams, The Academy, NYBA, FOREVER FITT, and all event instructors from any and all liability, negligence, or claims arising from my participation.
• Binding Agreement: This waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. I agree not to initiate any legal action against the aforementioned parties now or in the future.
• Medical Fitness: I verify that I am physically fit to participate and have been cleared by a licensed medical professional for this type of exercise.
• Media Consent: I understand that audio, video, and photography will occur during the event. My presence constitutes consent to be recorded and for FOREVER FITT to use such media for promotional purposes (social media, website, advertising, etc.) in perpetuity.
